For thousands of years, physical activity has been associated with health. Today, science has confirmed the link, with overwhelming evidence that people who lead active lifestyles are less likely to die early, or to experience major illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and colon cancer.
Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that lead a person to feel peaceful and happy. Exercise can help some people sleep better. It can also help with mental health issues such as mild depression and self-esteem. Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal - like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash.
Exercising can help you look better, too. People who exercise burn calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. When you exercise, you burn food calories as fuel. If a person eats more calories than he or she burns, the body stores them away as fat. Exercise can help burn these stored calories.
Finally, exercising to maintain a healthy weight also decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.

专家早就说过,适量运动有利于健康,那么过量运动呢?专家没说,个人认为过量运动是双刃剑,既有比适量运动更有利于健康的因素,也产生不利于健康的东西。除菜鸟之外,一般的羽毛球运动都是过量的,那我们就要注意了,一定要减少羽毛球运动不利于健康的另一刃。那么过量运动会产生那些不利于健康的因素呢?
1、消耗能量
2、无机盐损失
3、水分损失
4、消耗维生素
5、产生自由基,特别是过氧自由基
这里主要说的是运动饮料的问题,其他如消耗蛋白质等很难在饮料中补充,就忽略不说了,但产生自由基是健康的大敌,虽然饮料对消除自由基帮助不大,但其危害很值得大家警惕.
所以还注意以下方面:
1、3%的葡萄糖,2%的蔗糖,2%的低聚复合糖。
三种糖混配的原因是:(1)一般打球时是每隔十来分钟或更长时间才会喝一次水,单糖、双糖、复糖的比例有利于身体消化后立即派上用场,以免身体作单糖—复糖—单糖的转化,加重相应器官的负担。(2)复糖能促进小肠对水和盐的吸收(当然加氨基酸对这点更好)。
2、氯化钠(食盐),橼酸钠(可用碳酸氢钠即小苏打代替),氯化钾按比例35:29(25):15,配至1~2%。
无机盐的配方是世界卫生组织(WHO)确定的补液方的无机盐部分(WHO的配方还有葡萄糖)。
3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6,维生素C、维生素E、维生素A、维生素PP(尼克酸)的复合制品,以一般日常需要的比例为宜,但最好适当增加维生素C及维生素E的比例(因维生素C及维生素E对清除自由基有一定效果) 。
加入维生素的原因是进行体育运动时,体内物质代谢过程加强,对维生素的需要量增加。增加维生素C及维生素E的另一个好处是减少乳酸的聚积,尽快使乳酸尽快重新转化成单糖。
以上是经常处于极限运动状态下的饮料,一般业余运动没有必要这么严格,有些东西一两天后补充是没问题的。这只是给大家一个参考,一般情况下用添加了维生素的葡萄糖和氯化钠(食盐)就相当不错了。
